As defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), persons who need special assistance in boarding a Susquehanna Trailways bus must call, 48 hours in advance, 800-692-6314 or 570-326-1511.

Smoking is not permitted on the regularly scheduled service of Susquehanna Trailways.

Baggage

Baggage will be Coach Checked on Susquehanna Trailways Lines. Baggage will be limited to two pieces per adult and 1 piece per half fare ticket. Small items can be carried aboard the bus. Liability is limited to $250 per adult ticket & $125 per child ticket. Prohibited items not covered include: money, jewelry, articles of excess value, etc. (Ask agent about information for limitations of certain articles, types of baggage and excess baggage.) Carriers tariffs require that all checked baggage be tagged with passenger's name and address both inside and outside each bag.

Lost Articles

Susquehanna Trailways is NOT responsible for articles left in coaches or terminals, but we will make every effort to recover your property for you. Call our Williamsport office — 570-326-1511 or 800-692-6314.

Objectionable Persons

Susquehanna Trailways reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicating beverages or drugs or to any person whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable to other passengers. Passengers not wearing shoes or other protective footware will be denied transportation.

Refunds and Adjustments

Refunds and adjustments in fares should be handled through Susquehanna Trailways, 11 West Church Street, Williamsport, PA 17701. 570-326-1511, 570-322-5361 or 800-692-6314. There is a 15% service fee on all refunds.
