July 2017

7/2 Washington DC

Spend the day in the Nations' capitol. Do the traditional - touring the monuments and memorials or the many popular museums, such as the US Holocaust Museum or the ones that comprise the Smithsonian complex. For the more adventurous, spend the day in Shaw, a row house and restaurant retail-filled neighborhood, where you can hunt for hip fashions, watch an indie film at the Atlantic Plumbing Cinema or enjoy a fancy cocktail at the Dabney. Bounce around the many bookstores, coffee houses and vinyl shops, stopping for a trendy, sugary sweet at District Donut! It is never the same experience twice.
